Privacy Policy

SubKora Digital Trust Private Limited ("SubKora Digital Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through the SubKora Digital Trust app and website, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Personal data we process

Name and email; the subscriptions, mandates, amounts, dates and budget you enter; reminder preferences; and device and log data for security. We do not collect card numbers, UPI IDs, UPI PINs, bank credentials, SMS or contacts.

Purpose & consent

We process your data only to run the app, send reminders you enable, answer requests and keep the service secure, on the basis of the consent you give at sign-up. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

With processors that host data and send email and notifications under contract, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Access, correction, completion, erasure, nomination and grievance redressal. Write to privacy@subkora.works. If unsatisfied you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention

Encrypted in transit and at rest; erased within 30 days of account deletion unless law requires longer.

Our website uses cookies and pixels, including Snap Inc.'s, to measure how visitors find us.

Children

SubKora Digital Trust is for users aged 18 and above.

Terms of Use

1. The service

SubKora Digital Trust is a free tool to track subscriptions and recurring payments you record yourself. It is not a bank, NBFC, payment system operator or financial adviser, does not process payments or create, modify or revoke UPI mandates.

2. Free of charge

The app is free. If optional paid features are ever introduced, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information.

4. Information

Reminders rely on details you enter. Providers may change prices or dates; always confirm with the provider or your bank.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SubKora Digital Trust is not liable for debits made by third parties or decisions made using the app.

6. Governing law

Laws of India; courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.

Grievance Redressal

For any complaint about the service or your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@subkora.works or by post at the address below. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
